Our rates are based on the amount of pets, type of pets, needs, time spent, territory and number of visits required per day.  We are competitive with other top pet sitting companies on the Westside of Los Angeles.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to maximum capacity booking and limited availability, we are required to enforce our deposit and cancellation policy.   Thank you for understanding!  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us.

1. All pets should be up to date on vaccinations, have proper city licensing and tags.

2. A deposit of 50% is required for all boarding and overnight reservations.  Once your deposit is received then your reservation is guaranteed.     

3. There is a one week cancellation policy for all boarding and overnight reservations.

4. There is a 24 hr. cancellation policy for all other visits, otherwise you will be charged for the booking.

5. Balance is due upon beginning of job.

6. All policies apply unless other arrangements have been made prior to the scheduling of job.
