Since birth Stephanie has been surrounded by pets, coming from a long line of animal lovers, and until now, has been in the pet industry for almost 20 years. Growing up, she brought home every animal she could find. Born in Houston, Texas, she moved to the neighborhood of Santa Monica in 1991 at the age of 26. Immediately she found work in the pet industry again and ended up running one of the largest kennels in the Westside of Los Angeles which is what inspired her to start Precious Pets. She knew she could provide a more personal, customized and loving service for clients' beloved pets.

James has been working with Stephanie ever since they first met. She knew he was the one when she saw how he treated, interacted and most of all loved her pets. They were married in 2006 and since then have added two more four-legged children to their family, not including, of course, their clients' pets which have been considered to be a part of their family also.

We have an extensive knowledge of pet health and have been known to notice certain ailments before even the owner does, even though we don't see the pets nearly as often. We have experience with dogs, cats, bird, exotics as well as pets with special needs.
